BOXX BACK IN TIME CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS


THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. BY SIGNING UP / REGISTERING FOR THE BOXX BACK IN TIME CONTEST ("THE CONTEST") THE CONTESTANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE "TERMS") STATED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE BOXX BACK IN TIME CONTEST.

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.


  2. To enter the Contest, the Contestant must be registered user of the boxxtech.com website. The Contestant is deemed to be the holder of the established email account associated with the entry.


  3. Employees of BOXX technologies and its affiliates, and their immediate families (parents and children) are not eligible to participate in the Contest.


  4. By submitting the entry, Contestant agrees and hereby releases BOXX technologies and affiliates, employees, agents, officers and directors from any and all liability or responsibility arising in connection with Contestant’s participation in the Contest or as to any prize(s) which may be awarded.


  5. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to participate in the Contest.


  6. No entries will be accepted after June 30, 2008, 5PM CST.BOXX Technologies will not be held responsible for late entries.


  7. Contestant agrees that entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for BOXX Technologies to have the option of using the name, hometown, likeness, photograph, artwork, voice and statements of Contestant. Such use will be without compensation and may be for editorial, public relations, promotional or advertising purposes, or any other purpose as deemed reasonable by BOXX Technologies. Documentation of such permission may be requested by BOXX Technologies, and failure to provide such documentation will result in forfeiture of any winner status and/or prize.


  8. Winning Contestants will be randomly drawn from a list of Contestants who have found the right answers to ten clues between 19 February 2008 and 17 June 2008. Two Questions will be publicized in the BOXX Newsletter every month and will also be posted on www.boxxtech.com. Answers can be found throughout the BOXX wesbite in the form of images that illustrate the right answer. Contestants need to click on the image to record that they have found the correct answer. Contestants can enter at any time by finding answers to previously published questions.


  9. Second Grand Prize winners (SIGGRAPH Trip winners) must be available to travel to SIGGRAPH 2008 and participate in any SIGGRAPH related BOXX marketing activities.


  10. Second Grand Prize winners (SIGGRAPH Trip winners) will receive hotel accommodations for 11-15 August, 2008 at a BOXX selected hotel; air fare to and from Los Angeles from anywhere in the continental United States; meal reimbursement, based upon receipts provided by the winners after the show, with a limit of $30 per meal.


  11. All winners will be informed by BOXX Technologies between 1-8 July 2008. The winning selection will be posted online after the close of the Contest. Grand prize winners must indicate acceptance of their prize and acceptance of associated terms and conditions to BOXX Technologies by 15 July 2008, otherwise an alternate grand prize winner will be selected.


  12. BOXX Technologies reserves the right to change or modify the rules of the Contest without notice.


  13. BOXX Technologies reserves the right to suspend, shorten, modify or cancel the Contest in the case of circumstances beyond the company’s control. BOXX technologies assumes no responsibility for entries unable to be processed for any technical reason and further reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted or because of unauthorized human intervention. BOXX Technolgies reserves the right in the event of such cancellation to award the prize to an eligible, non-suspect entry received prior to cancellation.


  14. If a winning Contestant does not respond to email notification by 8 July 2008, an alternative winner will be selected.


  15. All prize values are in U.S. Dollars. All prizes subject to standard terms and conditions governing such prizes, if any. BOXX Technologies reserve the right to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize (or any component thereof) is not available.


  16. This Contest is limited to US Residents and Canadian residents only, and Contestants must have a shipping address in the United States or Canada. This contest is void where prohibited by law.


  17. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. The winner will be required to submit their social security number to satisfy federal tax regulations. Appropriate tax identification information may be required prior to the awarding of any prize


  18. Any import taxes or duties must be paid by the prize winner.


  19. BOXX Technologies reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with the Contest rules.
