TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. BY SIGNING UP / REGISTERING FOR THE BOXX CREATIVITY FOR A GREENER WORLD CONTEST ("THE CONTEST") THE CONTESTANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE "TERMS") STATED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE BOXX CREATIVITY FOR A GREENER WORLD CONTEST.

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
  2. To enter the Contest, the Contestant must register at http://www.boxxtech.com/members/green/green_reg.asp and submit either a 2d, 3d, or animated work by the submission deadline of 8/22/08. The Contestant is deemed to be the holder of the established email account associated with the entry. All information in the registration must be correct to qualify for the contest.
  3. Employees of BOXX technologies, its affiliates, and their immediate families (parents and children) are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  4. By submitting the entry, Contestants agree and hereby releases BOXX Technologies and affiliates, employees, agents, officers, and directors from any and all liability or responsibility arising in connection with Contestant’s participation in the Contest or as to any prize(s) which may be awarded.
  5. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to participate in the Contest.
  6. The Contestant agrees that entry and/or acceptance of any prize(s) constitutes permission for BOXX Technologies to have the option of using the name, hometown, likeness, photograph, artwork, voice and statements of Contestant. Such use will be without compensation and may be for editorial, public relations, promotional or advertising purposes, or any other purpose as deemed reasonable by BOXX Technologies.
  7. The Grand prize is an ENERTIA electric motorcycle designed and manufactured by BRAMMO MOTORSPORTS LLC with an approximate retail value of $15,000. First Prize is a Special Edition liquid cooled 3DBOXX Workstation with an approximate retail value of $8,000. Second prise is 3DBOXX 7550 workstation with an approximate retail value of $4,000.
  8. The winners of the Grand prize, First prize, and Second prize will be selected on the basis of effectively communicating the "Greener World" theme, creativity, high visual quality, and technical ability. BOXX’s decision regarding which entries are selected as winners are final.
  9. No entries will be accepted after 8/22/2008, 5PM CST. BOXX Technologies will not be held responsible for late entries.
  10. All winners will be informed by BOXX Technologies between 9/08/08 and 9/15/08. The winning selection will be identified on the BOXX website after the close of the Contest.
  11. Grand prize, First prize, and Second prize winners must indicate acceptance of their prize and acceptance of associated terms and conditions to BOXX Technologies by 9/22/08, otherwise an alternate grand prize, first prize, or second prize winner will be selected. If a winning Contestant does not respond to email notification by 9/22/08, an alternative winner will be selected.
  12. The animation or still images submitted for the drawing must illustrate a realistic or imaginary vision of a “greener”, more sustainable planet: energy efficient housing, buildings or cities; or energy efficient transportation, appliances, clothing, buildings, consumer products etc.
  13. BOXX Technologies reserves the right to change or modify the rules of the Contest without notice.
  14. BOXX Technologies reserves the right to suspend, shorten, modify or cancel the Contest in the case of circumstances beyond the company’s control. BOXX technologies assumes no responsibility for entries unable to be processed for any technical reason and further reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted or because of unauthorized human intervention. BOXX Technologies reserves the right in the event of such cancellation to award the prize to an eligible, non-suspect entry received prior to cancellation.
  15. All prize values are in U.S. Dollars. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions governing such prizes, if any. BOXX Technologies reserve the right to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize (or any component thereof) is not available.
  16. This Contest is limited to US Residents and Canadian residents only, and Contestants must have a shipping address in the United States or Canada. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
  17. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. The winner will be required to submit their social security number to satisfy federal tax regulations. Appropriate tax identification information may be required prior to the awarding of any prize.
  18. Any import taxes or duties must be paid by the prize winner.
  19. The color of the ENERTIA electric motorcycle delivered to the Grand Prize Winner may differ from that featured in BOXX promotional material.
  20. BOXX Technologies reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with the Contest rules.
  21. This contest is sponsored and promoted by BOXX Technologies: 10435 Burnet Road Suite 120, Austin Texas 78758.
  22. Any Contestant who does not agree with the above terms and conditions should not enter this contest.
